The graduate program leading to the M.A. program in primary education emphasizes educational research and practice in primary years. The program mainly aims to motivate students for more advanced graduate work in the field, meanwhile encouraging them to develop a scientific approach in their encounters with children at different levels of teaching, administration and academic studies.
The program comprises a minimum of 24 credits of coursework, nine credits of which are required courses, a seminar and a thesis.
