Procedures for the Application of Transfer and Special Students Studying at Institutions of Higher Education in Ukraine due to the Ukraine-Russia War.

The applications of transfer and special student studying in higher education institutions in Ukraine will be received between 11-15 April 2022.

Candidates should prepare the documents required for the application together with the application form and send them between 11-15 April 2022 by e-mail to admissionsoffice@boun.edu.tr.

Contribution and tuition fees to be collected from students who apply for transfer:

In accordance with the Presidential Decision on the Determination of Tuition Fees and Contribution to be Taken as Student Contribution to the Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions in the 2021-2022 Academic Year.

Students who are entitled to enroll as Transfer or Special Student

will start their education in the first semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
