We wish you and your loved ones to be healthy and safe due to the earthquake disaster in Istanbul.

Due to the extraordinary disaster conditions, all educational activities were suspended on April 24-25, 2025 in line with the decision taken by the Higher Education Council (YÖK). In this context, it has been reported by the Governorship of Istanbul that disabled, pregnant, disabled veterans and mothers with children under the age of 10 working in public institutions will be considered on administrative leave on the specified dates.

In this context, in line with the decision taken by our Rectorate, all administrative personnel, except for the personnel who are obliged to work in the units affiliated to our University on the relevant dates (Security, Health, Receptionist, etc.), will continue their work online. In this process, remote working procedures are valid and it is strongly announced that the relevant units should show the necessary sensitivity in order not to disrupt the operation.
