According to the official letter numbered 289653 issued by the Directorate General of Personnel and Principles of the Presidential Secretariat,

Ramadan Feast will begin on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM and end on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. It has been announced that, provided necessary measures are taken by institutional administrators to ensure uninterrupted services and a minimum number of personnel are assigned for essential duties, all employees of public institutions and organizations will be granted administrative leave from April 2 to April 4, 2025.

In this regard, all units within our University are kindly requested to exercise due diligence and ensure the proper functioning of essential services during this period.
