ATTENTION: HEALTHCARE PERSONNEL ASSIGNED TO OUR UNIVERSITY STAFF THROUGH THE 2025 INITIAL AND REAPPOINTMENT DRAW

According to the results of the “2025 Initial and Reappointment Draw” conducted by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, healthcare personnel (Physicians and Dentists) assigned to our University staff are required to personally apply by **April 30, 2025**, with the necessary documents listed below. Applications submitted by mail, electronic means, or any other method will not be accepted. Applications containing incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information/documents will be deemed invalid, and candidates who fail to apply by the specified date will not have their appointments processed.

Required Documents:

• Placement Result Document (printed from the internet)
• Original and a photocopy of the Turkish ID Card
• Original and a legible photocopy of Diploma/Graduation Certificate, along with a barcode-certified graduation document obtained via e-Government
• 6 Passport-Size Photos
• Proof of Residence (printed from e-Government)
• Criminal Record Certificate (must include the phrase “For Government Employment”)
• Military Status Certificate (for male candidates)
• For those who have previously worked in other public institutions and organizations, an approved service record from the last institution of employment (If unavailable, the “HİTAP Service Record” from e-Government will be accepted)
• Social Security Institution (SGK) Service Record (printed from e-Government)
• Asset Declaration Form, Personnel Information Form, Ethics Agreement (to be obtained from the Personnel Department)
• Health Board Report stating no condition preventing continuous service (one of the physicians must be from the Psychiatry Department)
• Assigned candidates will be informed and allowed to start work only after a positive outcome of the archive background check.
• All documents obtained via e-Government must include a barcode/QR code.
